Refund Policy

Confirmed general hire, party and school bookings

We issue a deposit invoice to be paid within fourteen days of issue date to secure a booking.

Under normal circumstances we will be unable to refund a deposit payment, but it may be

carried over to a future booking.

Should you wish to cancel or amend a booking an admin charge of £20 will be made.

We require a minimum of one month's notice of cancellation or additional costs may be incurred.


Sessional bookings

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation wherever possible.

(in line with government regulations, this does not apply to cancellation due to Covid isolation)

Depending on circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or arrange for payment to be carried over to a future booking.
