Refund Policy

For confirmed general hire, party and school bookings we issue a deposit invoice to be paid within fourteen days of issue date to secure a booking.

Under normal circumstances we will be unable to refund a deposit payment.

Should you wish to cancel or amend a booking we require a month's notice or additional costs may be incurred.

For sessional bookings we require 24 hours notice of cancellation wherever possible.

We may offer a refund or arrange for payment to be carried over to a future booking.
